After the Promises Westside location developed a reputation for exceptional treatment, the founder recognized that some people wanted a more secluded environment in which to recover. He opened a location in the picturesque Santa Monica Mountains overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Our clinically intensive program limits the number of residential clients to 24. Many other treatment programs have 50, even 100, clients in treatment at one facility. We believe our small size offers clients an intimate, highly focused recovery experience that cannot be had at larger facilities.
